With 15 years of experience in product designing, delivering end-to-end applications/products, he has expertise in estimating, designing, developing, controlling, integrating, testing, implementing, and delivering applications, Go-Live. Currently serving as the CTO at oxyzo.in (Oxyzo Financial Services Pvt Ltd), Dhruva is responsible for resource planning, hiring the right candidates, team building & retention, people leadership, coaching & mentoring, thereby building high-performing teams.
